If they concur with us, then it should be clear that the channel stabilization is not adequate and must be improved/stabilized before both agencies can approve its use. The lower end of the channel is flooded and will probably stay that way all winter. I told Nuwan that even if they could get a good stand of vegetation throughout the project this winter, which I doubted, they would still need to pump out the lower end, muck it out, reshape the banks and restabilize the area. After some back and forth he finally seemed to except that. I have attached some photo's for your review, 0101 & 0102 is the lower end I am referring to.
