Please accept the attached application to replace a NCDOT bridge that washed-out a year ago during a flood event. The
necessary permanent stream impacts for the new bridge are a little more than what existed with the old timber bridge
(more rip rap). This is a straightforward project that we hope to get contracted fairly soon.
