Dear Liz:
On behalf of Coastal Amenities Unlimited LLC, I am requesting an extension of USACE
Individual Permit, Action ID: SAW 2005-00777, for the construction of the SeaWatch at Sunset
Harbor (Yellow Banks) Subdivision and Marina. The permit was issued on October 27, 2011
and expires on December 15, 2016. When the permit was issued, all impacts for build out of the
Project were required to be Permitted with the understanding that development of the
approximately 1300 acre project was estimated to take several decades to develop. The
recession resulted in a delay in beginning construction. In accordance with General Condition 6,
which states "Extensions. General condition I establishes a time limit for the completion ofthe
activity authorized by this permit, unless there are circumstances rth

The CAMA Major Permit 06-10 was renewed on January 5, 2016. A copy of the renewal is
enclosed.
The Permit includes a phased mitigation plan. Mitigation credits for Phase I non -riparian
impacts were Purchased from the Stone Farm Mitigation Bank in March of 2010. A copy of the
receipt can be found in your file. At the time the permit w issued, it was e Corps preference
that the Stone Farm Mitigation Bank be used; as th

wetland and stream credits available. Credits are available now. Please see the enclosed
mitigation request form and email from Nancy Strickland. She will provide an acceptance letter
if needed, but the mitigation will be requested and purchased prior to each Phase as originally
proposed.
No construction Or wetland and stream impacts authorized by the USACE Individual Permit
have taken place. We are in the process of securing the final permits for construction of Pha
13A within the subject subdivision. There are no impacts to w tlands or streams within s
