I have finalized my review of the Rosewood Year 2 Monitoring Report. Overall, site conditions are good and vegetation
data results show stem densities higher than the required 320 stems/acre. Additionally, no encroachment within the
easement boundaries was noted in the report. By copy of this correspondence, the Year 2 Monitoring Report is
approved.
