The soils map show several features as blue line streams within the proposed excavation area. These features are unnamed tributaries (UT) to Tranters Creek. The mining permit applicant is requesting an onsite visit to determine if these features are not subject to the Tar -Pamlico buffer Rules and therefore can be included in the proposed excavation. 6.
