NCDOT requests a Nationwide Permit 14 and 401 Water Quality Certification to install 2 culverts on Zebra Road in
Chowan Swamp Game Land, Gates County. The property is owned and managed by the NC Wildlife Resources
Commission, and NCWRC has contracted with NCDOT to install the culverts. Letter, PCN, Location Map, and Permit
Drawings are attached.
