Kevin, The revised length of disturbance for the for the Rogers project in Lake Lure (leaving out the center property, since it already has rip rap) would be 440.22’. The total disturbed areas would be 2,046.34 sq. ft below normal lake level and 1,600.84 sq.ft. above normal lake level. Thanks again for your assistance with this project. Hi Kevin, I spoke with David Brown this morning about the Rogers project on Lake Lure . Can we revise our application to deleted the center property to delete the center property? The middle property (134.77 feet of shoreline) already has rip rap in place. The total length for the project would be reduced to 400.22’. We would like to try to get the work done while the water level is down. The waiver process with the Corp. of Engineers can take around 40 days, but with the holidays, it it might take even longer.
