THE M PURPOSE OF THESE PROPOSED CROSSINGS IS TO HELP MAINTAIN THE NATURAL FLOW OF THE EXISTING PERENNIAL STREAMS WITHOUT NEGATIVE IMPACT TO FACILITATE THE NEW ROADWAY.
