Wendy,
The condition requires that a copy of the stormwater management plan (SMP) be provided in addition to the
approval of the plan (copied below for reference). A digital copy is preferred. Because the project and the SMP
is phased, the 401 WQC may need to be modified to reflect the phasing of the project. I will let you know once
I've had a chance to review the approved plan.
