Re: Novo Nordisk DAPI -US — Phase 1
Stormwater Management Statement and Plan
Dear Mr. Lohr:
We have reviewed the revised Stormwater Management Statement, Plan and calculations
submitted for the Novo Nordisk DAPI -US. Based upon the information submitted, the
Stormwater Management Plan has been approved with the following stipulations:
I . The proposed impervious area for Phase 1 build out will be below 3.6 lb/ac/yr, therefore,
mitigation will not be required at this time. Once Phase 2 plans are finalized, we will
determine if nitrogen mitigation will be required.
2. Prior to recordation of the Final Plat, please provide a signed, notarized, and recorded
operation and maintenance agreement for each structural BMP. An inspection report for
each BMP shall be provided to the Johnston County Public Utilities Department on a
annual basis beginning one calendar year after receipt of the stormwater certification
statement.
3. Prior to recordation of the Final Plat, please provide a stormwater certification stating that
all stormwater facilities were constructed in accordance with the approved stormwater
management plan.
4. Please indicate all drainage easements, riparian buffers, jurisdictional wetlands, and flood
hazard areas on the Final Plat.
A copy of this letter will be forwarded to the Planning Office for their files. If you have any
questions or need additional information, please contact me at (919) 209-8333 or by email at
