Attached is a certificate of completion that needs to be completed and submitted. You only need to complete
the top section and the applicant's signature block. Inspections for permit compliance are done on a random
basis. This form just lets us know that project is complete. Please make sure that you email me a copy of the
mitigation payment receipt if the mitigation provider doesn't send it to me directly. A copy of the recorded
declaration of compliance also needs to be sent to us (see a copy of condition below).
Prior to sake of the property and in no event later than December 31, 2016, a
declaration of compliance, which indicates the footprint of the rain garden and all
associated conveyances and ensures direct discharges of stormwater runoff
through the buffer do not occur, shall be recorded with the Derham COUnty
Register of Creeds, run with the land and be binding on all future lot owners.
