As requested via email on 11/7/2016, please provide a plan sheet showing the entire phase of this development, including proposed lot lines, limits of disturbance, roads, utilities, etc. This information is necessary to determine direct and indirect impacts for the single and complete project, which we consider to be the residential subdivision. Further, it appears the proposed stream impact amounts have changed. Please provide a revised plan view and profile of the crossing including showing the 3 stream impact segments in different shading/hatching. Please submit the requested information above (via e‐mail is fine) within 30 days of receipt of this Notification, otherwise we may deny verification of the use of the Nationwide Permit or consider your application withdrawn and close the file.
