Thanks for the information, John.
As requested via email on 11/7/2016, please provide a plan sheet showing the entire phase of this development, including
proposed lot lines, limits of disturbance, roads, utilities, etc. This information is necessary to determine direct and indirect impacts
for the single and complete project, which we consider to be the residential subdivision.
Further, it appears the proposed stream impact amounts have changed. Please provide a revised plan view and profile of the
crossing including showing the 3 stream impact segments in different shading/hatching.
Please submit the requested information above (via e‐mail is fine) within 30 days of receipt of this Notification, otherwise we may
deny verification of the use of the Nationwide Permit or consider your application withdrawn and close the file. Thanks again, and
please let me know if you have any questions.

I have attached a revised PCN for Riverside Phase 3, with revisions as
follows:
1. Revised to apply for Nationwide 29 Residential Development as suggested.
2. Provided a more detailed breakdown of temporary and permanent impacts in section C3.
3. Provided more detailed information regarding storm water management requirements.
