Comment: Construction in 2014-2015. Some areas of stream channel are no longer stable due to some minor
changes to design during construction and extreme storm events occuring within first year. Unstable
areas are proposed for repair in early 2017. Will install additional toe wood, repair eroded banks, repair
failed structures, remove mid -channel bars, etc. Work is proposed to be conducted under authority of
original 404/401 (requested that Permittee confirm this with USACE)
