The FERC requires Duke Energy to share the flow results with resource agencies, but provides no specific direction beyond that. I believe the drops in flow below Critical Flow come as no surprise since there were times when no units were generating. However, we do gain insight to leakage/seepage flows during non-generating periods which are lower than with the old powerhouse. Please advise if additional consultation is necessary.
