The applicants wish to construct a house within the tract and must utilize an access easement to get to the property. Constructing a road through the access easement and the site will result in 0.061 acre of wetland impact. They propose to purchase 0.10 acre of non -riparian wetland credit from the Stone Farm Regional Mitigation Bank to mitigate for these impacts. Enclosed are the PCN form, site maps, site plan, and JD. The DWR application fee has been submitted to your Raleigh office. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information in order to issue the 401 WQC.
