The activity for this Certification is sought to relicense hydroelectric plants on the Catawba River at Bridgewater Development, Rhodhiss Development, Oxford Development, Lookout Shoals Development, Cowans Ford Development, Mountain Island Development and Wylie Development in Burke Caldwell, Catawba, Iredell, Lincoln, and Gaston Counties.
