Please find enclosed the planting plan for the above referenced project proposed by the North Carolina
Department of Transportation (NCDOT). The Individual 401 Permit for Washington Bypass Condition 4
stated that NCDOT would submit a plan to the NC Division of Water Quality (NCDWQ) prior to
planting for their approval.
NCDOT hereby requests that NCDWQ reviews the planting plan.
