Seeding, mulching and matting continues in construction areas that have been completed. All fill areas appear to be in good condition. The main work area is the large rock cut, at the S-curves, near the top of the project. No work is presently taking place at the lower end of the project. There is some small cut and fill areas near the upper end of the project. Some minor sediment and erosion control work needs to be performed. Due to foggy conditions only one half of the project was inspected. Please continue to maintain sediment and erosion control devices and continue with seeding and mulching to protect state surface waters.
