Heath,
I will not be able to attend the meeting. However, please remind those responsible of the following few selected permit conditions:
• All jurisdictional areas need to be clearly marked by fencing prior to any land clearing activities;
• Sediment and erosion control measures shall not be placed in jurisdictional areas including streams and wetlands;
• No staging of equipment is permitted in jurisdictional areas including trout buffers;
• Discharging hydroseed mixtures in or adjacent to surface waters in prohibited;
• No excavation from, or waste disposal into, jurisdictional areas without appropriate notification and permit modification;
• Report any violations of the permit to DWR within 24 hours of discovery;
• Pipe installations at Site 13A require welded sills and baffles; and,
• RCBC at Site 16 requires that both barrels be back-filled with larger native material.
