I have attached a site map that includes our previous delineation of the site as well as measured culvert impacts associated with the Seven Falls Golf Course. The new owners will be pursuing a NWP 27 for removing all or nearly all of the 970 linear feet of culvert impacts. Please confirm which of the following dates would work for you all to attend meeting. GPS points may demonstrate uncorrectable errors due to topography, vegetative cover, and/or multipath signal error. (CEC) is confident in our assessment, the US Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) is the only agency that can make final decisions regarding jurisdictional wetland and waters of the US delineations. Therefore, all preliminary determinations are subject to Existing Golf Course Culvert Impact change until written verification is obtained. CEC +/- 200 LF strongly recommends that a new delineation and written verification be obtained from the Corps prior to closing on the property, beginning any site work, or making any legal reliance on this determination.
