FOR THE RENSTON RURAL HISTORIC DISTRICT

FROM NC 11 SOUTH OF AYDEN TO EXISTING US 264/US 264 BUSINESS

Pitt County
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in conjunction with the North Carolina
Department of Transportation, is hosting a forum with residents of the Renston
Rural Historic District. The forum will discuss how adverse effects to the historic
district due to the Greenville Southwest Bypass will be mitigated.
The meeting will be held at the Reedy Branch Free Will Baptist Church,
4457 Reedy Branch Road, Winterville on March 27, 2008. An informal session
will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a formal presentation at 6:30 p.m.
