Thanks Kathy. Certainly the updated draft mitigation plans and UMBI are open for IRT comment. I apologize for not
making that clear earlier. However, the vast majority of IRT comments from the previous review were minor and
addressed by the sponsor ahead of the most recent submittal. The Corps is still in review of the most recent submittal,
so feel free to send any comments via email. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I took a quick look at the CF02 bank documents that were sent by Restoration Systems. I don't have any significant

Thank you for your comments and responses regarding the above referenced project's Draft UMBI and Draft
Mitigation Plans. At this stage there are several point by point issues to resolve as we move towards completion of the
process. In order to facilitate an efficient discussion it would be prudent to meet to discuss in person or via
teleconference the responses to the IRT comments submitted by the Sponsor via email on 6/25/2016.

Todd, Andrea, and myself are available to meet at the Corps Raleigh Regulatory Field Office (address below) on
Monday, August 8, 2016 at 1pm. We will provide a call-in phone number for those who prefer to join via teleconference.
Any IRT member is welcome to join in for the discussion, although comments received suggest that coordination
between the Corps, NCDWR, and the Sponsor is primarily required.

Note that, should the meeting warrant that an item be added to the statewide IRT meeting agenda on August 9,
2016, the schedule would allow it. Please let me know if the meeting time of Monday August 8, 2016 at 1pm would
work for you. As always, please let me know if you have any questions.
