I have reviewed the information sent to me about the New Homes at North Main project, which proposes to
culvert 148 feet of Gill Branch in association with the development of the 8-acre lot for 46 single-family homes
in Buncombe County

Project activities should not impact trout resources and do not need to be avoided during a trout moratorium.
