The impacts include both road fill and riprap (stabilization of the headcut). After looking at them closer, I think it best to just identify all of the impacts to stream channel shown on EX-1 as permanent and for simplicity lump them all under NWP29. The total permanent impact therefore under NWP29 for EX-1 would be 86 feet. The stream impacts shown on EX-2 for the greenway and sewer would remain the same at 45 feet permanent and 20 feet temporary. Resulting in total project impacts to streams of 131 feet permanent and 20 feet temporary all under NWP29. Cherri: Are you ok with this? I assume it would require you to revise the attached 401?
