Tasha,
We understand that the application may be withdrawn if the survey/plats are not received with 15 days. We
apologize for the delay. My understanding is that due to staffing issues with the surveying company the
surveyor is unable to complete the drafting associated with plats for the project. A plan has been put in place
to provide assistance to the surveyor and get the survey/plant completed ASAP. Quible will provide draft plats
to you for review before submitting the final AJD and move on as efficiently as possible from there.
Thank you,
Joel D. Lenk, P.G.

Joel,
On September 10, 2015 we received an individual permit application for after -the -fact impacts at French Broad
Crossing. We did not have sufficient information to put the project on public notice. On November 10, 2015
we conducted a meeting to discuss the additional information needed for a complete application. Specifically,
we requested additional information for an approved jurisdictional determination (AJD). The field review of the
delineation was completed however, a survey has not been provided. At this time the application is still
incomplete. If we do not receive the additional information within 15 days USACE may withdraw the permit
application.
Thank you,
Tasha Alexander
