I apologize for the delay. I have been really busy and out of the office recently. I will look through the file
today. Assuming RES has the appropriate credits in HUC, I don't have a problem amending the mitigation
responsibility transfer form for Phase 11.
Thank you,
Tasha Alexander

Tasha & Jennifer:
I will try to call you on this as well, but knowing that you're both very busy, is there any way that you could
individually respond to this email letting us know that your agencies are in agreement with changing the
mitigation conditions such that Hanson purchases these remaining credits from RES and not DMS, and that the
modified approvals/conditions will be forthcoming? This should give Hanson the assurances that they need to
move forward with their negotiations with RES.
