plant exceeded the permitted limits for TSS, NO3, and Total N. Plant staff has been working with Evoqua and Design Engineers on specific adjustments to the SBR's to restore the plant's ability to denitr
have also been working with and reporting to Tom Tharrington at the Wilmington Regional office on the exceedances and the efforts to correct any violations. NO3 and Total N exceedance is for Monthly
-age, the plant does not have a maximum daily limit. TSS exceedance occured on Oct. 3, 4, 10, and 11th.
