The following information was provided by HDR regarding those sites:

“Those three sites all retain the existing pipe systems and the proposed B&J pipes are the supplemental pipes that we discussed at 4C. These pipes are set at higher elevation to carry
high flows and will not impede
normal or low flows conditions.”

The pipe/culvert information did not include Sites 9, 10 and 22, of which there appears to be plans to extend or B&J pipes at these locations. Is there some reason why these three Sites
were not included in the
additional information, or am I not interpreting the impacts correctly?
