Your proposed Progress Schedule Chart including narrative should be submitted 7 days prior to this meeting. A letter listing persons authorized to sign Supplemental Agreements for your company, Proof of Liability Insurance, Proof of Workers' Compensation Insurance, Buy America Certification, Emergency Contact List, Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Personnel List, and Material Suppliers List should be submitted as soon as possible or at least at the conference. Subcontract Approval Forms, including Trucking Plans if applicable, shall be submitted prior to beginning work by the subcontractor. Your company should be represented by both �eld and management supervisory personnel, and it would be helpful if representatives of any proposed subcontractors you intend to use be present also.
