Hi Dionne. Please replace the two bullets under the USACOE comments with the following:

"Given the probability of low wetland and stream impacts the project could likely be authorized via Nationwide or
General Permit. As such, the Corps does not recommend the Merger process for this project. However, if on-site
investigations reveal that wetland and/or stream impacts may exceed Nationwide or General Permit thresholds, the
Corps will recommend re-evaluating use of the Merger process at that time."
