1. Please provide the following items that were omitted from the previous submittal:
a. Delineated drainage basins,
b. Details of the high flow bypass system,
c. Boundaries of the drainage easements for all three bioretention areas,
d. Clean-out pipe locations,
e. Pretreatment system,
f. A construction sequence.
g. A specification for the grass that will be planted in the bio-retention cells.
2. Please remove the baffles from the bioretention cells - these are not an approved
design feature per the NC BMP Manual.
