The area below its the 3’ plus half of the 3’3” of footing. So the area below is 351 sq ft. We are going to excavate a footing that is 3’3” x76 which is 247 sq ft. This will ultimately be below the 990 when the lake is filled backed to full pond. When we are excavating the lake will be dropped 8-10 ft. When the retaining wall is completed we will be installing rip rap on the water side of the seawall. The area for the rip rap is 228 sq ft. We will also be installing washed stone behind the seawall. That area is 380 sq ft. I hope that is helpful. Did you take over Ashley Rodgers position.
