This will be an elevated crossing with a 30 ft. easement. The maps will show a crossing "A" and crossing "B". While both are elevated, crossing "A" will impact the buffer, crossing "B" will not impact a buffered stream. I have discussed these elevated these crossings with John Thomas and he is fine with them and requires no paperwork. If you have any question please don't hesitate to contact me.
