BUFFER PERMITTING
Karen
I am enclosing 3 copies of the Riparian Buffer Authorization package for your review. This will
be an elevated crossing with a 30 ft. easement. The maps will show a crossing "A" and crossing
"B". While both are elevated, crossing "A" will impact the buffer, crossing "B" will not impact a
buffered stream. I have discussed these elevated these crossings with John Thomas and he is
fine with them and requires no paperwork.
If you have any question please don't hesitate to contact me.
Thankyou
