Let me know if you have any comments on the wording or how I calculated the credits. I will try to finalize the credit release letter on Tuesday, April 24, 2007, so please give me any comments before then. a. Homestead wetlands: 100% of the credits for Year 3 (1.6 credits) plus 0.8 credits to makeup the 0.8 credits not released in Year 1, for a cumulative total of 7.3; (The site met the hydrology and vegetation criteria and appears to be doing well): 2.4 credits. b. Second Creek wetlands: 100% of the credits for Year 3 (1.5 credits), for a cumulative total of 6.8 credits: 1.5 credits. C. Homestead stream: 100% of the credits for Year 3 (250 linear feet (If)), for a cumulative total of 1,625 If, with a caveat that all of the stream credits shall be used to mitigate only for intermittent stream impacts that require mitigation (The site is demonstrating biological intermittent stream characteristics): 250 If. d. Second Creek stream: 33.3% of the credits for Year 3 (100 If) for a cumulative total of 1,350 If (This represents the initial credit release at construction - 750 If, plus 50%0 of the total credits available for Years 1, 2 and 3 - 600 If); (The site is demonstrating biological perennial stream characteristics in -50 percent of the stream channel length): 100 If. By copy of this correspondence, we confirm that 14.1 credits of the Bank's total wetland mitigation credits, and 2,975 If of the Bank's total stream mitigation credits, are now available for sale.
