I have attached three supplemental plans:  Supplement B shows existing conditions under the current and future buffer limits. 1  Supplement C shows existing and proposed structures within the future buffer.  Supplement D shows the CREP easement area relative to the future buffer. With buffer limits off the proposed basin, 420 sq.ft. of the existing access road will be within Zone 1 and 556 sq.ft. will be in Zone 2. Sited directly landward of the Zone 2 limit is an existing CREP easement which will be maintained in perpetuity (deed and record plat attached). The location of this conservation easement will provide additional woody buffer to offset the 976 sq.ft. of road which will be in the future buffer. Although 3.19 acres of conservation area exists, only a 12’ wide area along the project limits would be needed to offset 976 sq.ft. of road. Therefore, the existing CREP easement located directly landward of the future riparian buffer is offered as on-site buffer mitigation. Please let me know if you need any additional information. I will also give you a call to follow up.
