We've had a blasting issue on the subject Caldwell County route. As far as blasting goes, this one isn't terrible but still
not great either. The contractor is cleaning up now. This was the 10th shot and the others went OK I'm told. Just letting
you know.

Per our telephone conversation, here are the pictures of the sediment loss. The sediment in the stream is located at
89+50. We will remove the sediment from the stream, seed with riparian mix, and coir fiber all disturbed areas today.
