DWQ staff has reviewed the impervious surface calculations provided in the most recent submittal. However, DWQ its position that the southern portion of this development is a high density area that must be treated by appropriate best management practices (BMPs). The stormwater runoff from this portion of the property must be treated by one or more BMPs that are designed to meet a minimum standard of 85% TSS removal per the NC BMP Manual. Please provide a BMP Supplement Form for each BMP that will be used on the site (including both worksheets, Design Summary and Required Items Checklist), as well as all of the required items. The BMP Supplement Forms are available on the DWQ web site at: http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/su/bmp forms.htm. Failure to provide an appropriate stormwater management plan in the next submittal will result in a return of application.
