I apologize to you, I crossed up information on Mr. James Kindley's application regarding tree
not cutting and removing any trees what so ever.

for the misinformation on the application. After I spoke to Mr. Kindley, I realized I had put the wrong
information in his file. We will not need to meet on Mr. Kindley's lot in Sunset Pointe.

What do I need to do to correct the information on the application?

I just received three shoreline stabilization applications from you in McDowell County. Can you provide me
an explanation as to why this many trees need to be removed in order to complete the project? The applications
call for removing several trees 8-15 per project. Some of these trees are up to 15” DBH. In addition, there is
no mention of replacing these trees with trees of the same diameter.

In looking at the pictures, I am not seeing the need to remove trees, but I am also available to do a site visit to
discuss your projects. I spoke with Ron Harmon and he would also be available to meet on site. I will need a
response before I can approve the projects. Thanks for your time.
