I've been working with Ashley Wooten, County Manager, 828-652-7121 ext.320, [e-mail].
The town was unable to maintain the property, so it transferred to the County around 8 years ago.

I’m guessing we need an Agent Auth from the Town of Old Fort for Catawba Bank stabilization? I believe it’s
the last thing we need in regards to permitting. I did not see a contact for us with the town, but I am happy to
email it over .
