Please find attached two copies of the Stormwater Discharge Outfall Monitoring Deport for
outfalls 001, 002, 003, 004, and 005 as required General Permit No NCG210355.
Please note that due to past results for outfalls 1-3, we fall under Tier II/TIER III
requirements and will be submitting reports monthly. Outfalls 004 and 005 are on a semi-
annual sampling schedule and will be resampled in the 2nd half of 2016. We believe that the
high TSS in Outfall#5 was not due to industrial activity, and was agricultural runoff and will
watch closely during our next scheduled sampling event.
