Subject: R-5769 Novo access road
The R-5769 project has been awarded to PLT Construction Company. Site Mobilization should begin around 1" of
Dec. We had our Pre construction meeting which goes over contract and permit conditions last week. At some point
before work begins we will have a field meeting to discuss permit conditions and review stake out of orange safety
fencing etc. I will invite both of you to this meeting, you can attend if you desire and I will keep you posted on progress as
project proceeds. Any additional needs or concerns let me know. Thanks..
