1. Sierra is ready to go, unless someone would want to review the impacts again.
There have been additional buffer impacts due to the bypass channels.
2. Diffuse Flow:
a. Because they cannot achieve diffuse flow through the Buffer, they have
proposed several wetlands and direct discharge into the stream.
b. Only few wetlands (those associated with Atlas Drive) will be installed,
while the rest come along as the first phase progresses. But all impacts
with the first phase have been included in a summary of impacts table
including buffer impacts for the high flow bypass channels.
c. Please don't use the buffer impacts listed in the PCN in the 401 since that
does not include the bypass channels impacts. Rather use the impact
summary table.
3. Final Stormwater Plans to be approved by City of Durham.
a. Please include a request in the Stormwater condition that copies of all
approved SWM Plans shall be submitted to DWQ.
