Good to talk with you just now. As discussed, at this point in time, our North Fork Little River
bank is out of credits however we should get a release of additional credits in late
Fil

December/early January. Given that DWR has required you to obtain the buffer credits by the
end of the year coupled with the risk that our release may push into January of 2017 and you
need to assure a future buyer of the property that the credits have been purchased, I think the
best solution is to update your permit to reflect the purchase of the credits from the NC
Division of Mitigation Services.
The link below will take you to DMS's process to obtain buffer credits. The purchase process
from DMS is relatively simple however the first step will be to obtain an updated permit from
DWR.
