The following items are provided as requested. 1. Submit plans at a scale of no smaller than I "=50' with topographic contours Survey maps at a scale of 1 inch = 50 feet depicting the development plan, proposed house footprints and driveways, topographic contours, delineation of drainage areas used for impervious area calculation, drainage easements, and wetlands are enclosed. 2. Provide detailed documentation of the imperviousness A calculation of impervious area has been prepared by Allen-Allen & Associates of NC, PA (attached). The property can be divided into 2 drainage areas. Drainage Area #1 in the southwest portion of the property has an impervious area of 23.92 %. The lots in this drainage area will be limited to 1575 sqft of impervious area. Drainage Area #2 in the northeast portion of the property has an impervious area of 23.72%. The lots in this drainage area will be limited to 1800 sgft per lot. Mr. Joe Gillis of Gillis Development (owner) has provided a signed letter certifying that the impervious are per lot will be limited as described above and recorded as part of the Deeds of Record for each lot (attached). 3. If a SMP is required for any of the drainage areas, please provide properly designed BMPS. The maximum impervious area for each drainage basin is less than 24%, therefore a SMP is not required.
