To Whom It May Concern:
A sewer permit violation for Fecal Coliform occurred on 10-14-16 with a result of 46/100 ml
which exceeded the daily maximum limit of 25/100 ml. The monthly average limit was in permit
compliance. The c12 residual was Total 11.0 and Free 10.4 mg/I at sampling point at time of grab sample.
No known cause for exceedance.
