The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is received; 1. Diffuse Flow Requirements and Practical Alternatives Please provide more details regarding how diffuse flow shall be maintained in the riparian buffer by dispersing concentrated flow and reestablishing vegetation. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(b), 15A NCAC 02B.0233(5) and 15A NCAC 02B .0233(8)(b)(iv)] • This should include alternative designs with contour lines down slope and layouts of the project area to achieve diffuse flow through the riparian buffer. Pursuant to 15A NCAC 02H .0502 (b) and NCAC 02B .0233(5) and (8)(b)(iv)] the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned.
