Thanks Eric, Tomas and I were just up there meeting with Tasha, Scott, Jean and Tracy. I saw James while i
walked through the office but I missed you.

Tomas has already reached out to our engineer on this one for language and ordinance related justifications,
etc., and has been helping him with some Town buffer ordinance issues also. Tomas will handle what you need
for this one straight away.
