Headwater Environmental, Inc. (HEnv) on August 25, 2016. HEnv recommends coordinating with the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers and North Carolina Division of Water Resources (DWR).
Watershed: The site drains to South Prong Bay River.
The South Prong Bay River is located in the Neuse River
Basin. According to DWR, a 50 -foot vegetated buffer is
required along applicable streams in this watershed.
