Hi Lia,
Thanks for meeting us in the field yesterday. I hope that your hand
swelling is better!
As we discussed, please prepare a letter noting that the waters on the
property are not subject to the buffer rules. The potential applicant
is Lowe's Home Centers, Inc. (Attn: Mr. Nicky Wagoner), P.O. Box 1111,
North Wilkesboro, NC 28659. Hart & Hickman, PC is Lowe's authorized
agent and our contact information is noted below. I have attached
copies of the topo map and soil map for your use. By the way, the soil
map I handed you in the field had our old address noted.
In addition, thanks for looking at our preliminary site development
plans. We are likely going to enter the Express program for the 401
permitting. I plan on sending DENR an Express Review Initial Interest
form soon.
