Thanks Jerry. The temporary crossing removal looks good based on the photos. Has the side the photos were taken from
been seeded/strawed above the rip rap?
The bank stabilization monitoring photos looks good as well, with the small exception of the black plastic in the stream
channel. Is that from NCDOT construction activity? If so, please have them remove it.

The contractors have completed the removal of the temporary crossing on U-2525 at Rankin Mill Rd. Attached are
pictures showing the restoration and bank stabilization. Dave Bailey, the second attachment shows the pictures of the
bank stabilization at Rankin Mill Rd that we have been monitoring. Let me know if you have any comments or questions.
